Ingredients:

3 Egg Whites

50g Cream
-
50g Kaya
-
4 pieces of You Tiao
Instructions:

Whisk the egg whites in a large mixing bowl until stiff peaks form

Remove from whisk

In a separate bowl, whisk the cream until it thickens to stiff peaks

Stir Kaya into the cream

Using a large metal spoon, fold the cream mixture into the whisked egg whites

Pour mixture into 4 individual pots and chill in the fridge for 2 - 3 hours to set
