    Sotong You Tiao Ingredients: You Tiao (Wheat Flour, Salt , Raising Agent, Coconut Oil) Fish Meat , Modified Starch (E1422) . Salt , Garlic, Sugar, Lactobacillus

    Otah Charcoal You Tiao Ingredients: Charcoal You Tiao (Wheat Flour , Water , Salt ,Charcoal Powder, Sodium Bicarbonate , Ammonium Bicarbonate , Coconut Oil) Spanish mackerel, eggs, coconut milk, sugar, cornflour, salt, chilli paste, red chillies, galangal, lemongrass, Belachan, candlenut, onions, shallots and turmeric

    Allergen Advice: Contains Fish, Gluten and Sesame Seeds

    Cooking Instructions:
    Air Fryer / Convection Oven
    Defrost the product to room temperature
    Preheat the Air Fryer / Convection Oven to 200°C
    Spray or brush some cooking oil on the product and allow to roast for 10-20 minutes

    Pan Fry / Deep Fry
    Heat some cooking oil to about 180°C
    Fry the the product lightly at 180°C for about 5-10 minutes
